- P20 PRO: Equipped with a smart sonic oscillating system, smart bass algorithm, a smart ring for tracking brushing zones, and a 90-day battery life.
- Y1S: Delivers 38,000 sonic vibrations per minute, has a 180-day battery life, three brushing modes (Clean, White, Soft), and features an air-cushioning brush head for plaque removal.
How often should I replace my brush head?
- It is recommended to replace the brush head every three months or sooner, based on the condition of the bristles.
Are the bristles soft? Will they harm my gums?
- Each brush features over 90% rounded bristles for high-quality gum care that protects your gums while brushing.
Does the product include a charger?
- A USB-C charging cable is included with each toothbrush (adapter not included). You can charge it using any USB-C compatible device.
How many replacement brush heads are included? Where can I get more?

Can I use the product in the shower?
- Yes, our products are IPX8 waterproof, making them suitable for use in the shower.
How long does charging take, and what is the battery life of the products?
The Y10 PRO, P10 PRO, and Y1S models can last up to 180 days on a single charge, the P10 PRO up to 90 days, and the C10 water flosser up to 95 days after a full charge.
How do I use Y10 Pro for the first time and what are its main operating steps?
Here’s a step-by-step guide to using Y10 Pro:

- First Power-On: Short press the power button to activate the toothbrush and access the language selection page. (This step is only required during the initial setup.)
- Language Selection: Short press the function button to browse the three available system languages. Once your preferred language is highlighted, short press the power button to confirm. A “✔” icon will appear to indicate successful selection.
- Start Brushing: After setting the language, short press the power button to start brushing.
- Pause Brushing: While brushing, short press the power button to pause.
- Brushing Feedback: After brushing, the screen will display feedback on your performance. Two result pages will autoplay sequentially for your reference.
- Power-Off: The toothbrush will automatically turn off if left idle for approximately 10 seconds after brushing.
This intuitive process ensures an efficient and personalized brushing experience.
How do I change mode on my toothbrush?
- Switch Brushing Modes:After powering on, wait for the toothbrush to vibrate, then short press the function button to cycle through the four available modes: Smart Mode, Clean Mode, White Mode, and Soft Mode.
How do I change the language on my toothbrush?
- First-time Setup: Turn on the toothbrush by pressing the power button. Then, press the function button to cycle through the available languages: English, Chinese, or Japanese. Select your preferred language and press the power button again to confirm your choice.
- Reset Language: To reset the language, hold the power button for about 8 seconds until the system reset icon and progress bar appear. Release the button, then select your new language by repeating the first-time setup steps.
