The size is super convenient and lightweight — doesn’t take up much space and easy to pack for travel. The water pressure is strong enough to clean between my teeth, but it’s not painful or too intense. The battery lasts a while too — haven’t had to charge it yet. This flosser is a game changer for me, I have dental work that makes it hard to get regular floss in between some teeth so this is a life saver, it is compact and gentle on my gums the ones I had prior caused some discomfort I love the rubber piece on the precision head. So imagine my suprise when I couldnt find the charging cord, I ordered what I thought would be replacement cords but had to keep returning them as none were the correct size,thinking my only solution would be to buy a whole new flosser I finally tried the customer service and they were more than helpful and when all else failed the sent me a new cord within 5 days I was back in action and the charging cord is in a safe place. The customer service was definitely above and beyond. I cant thank them enough for their help.
