No. Email registration helps us send your challenge guide, event updates, group instructions, and reward notifications. Reward eligibility depends on the specific requirements for each reward.
I already bought Q30. Can I still join?
Yes. Existing Q30 customers may be contacted by usmile with instructions to join the challenge and activate their reward entry.
When will rewards be announced?
Winners and selected families will be announced on Sept 30. Reward notifications will be sent through email or the Parent Challenge Group.
How does the Q30 Payback work?
The first 30 eligible paid Q30 orders placed during the event period can qualify for Q30 Payback.To qualify, register with your parent email, place an eligible Q30 order, use the same email for tracking, join the Parent Challenge Group, and stay in the group through Sept 30.After eligibility is verified, qualified participants may receive their Q30 product purchase price paid back.

What happens after I complete all 4 check-ins?
Families who complete all required check-ins will unlock their eligible reward entry or reward opportunity based on the activity rules. Families who complete all 4 required check-ins will be entered for Family Care Awards
Do I need to post on social media?
Social sharing may be required for selected reward opportunities, such as Parent Story Kits. For standard challenge check-ins, follow the instructions in the Parent Challenge Group.
Do I need to show my child’s face?
No. Child face photos are not required. Parents can share product moments, app progress, brushing routine scenes, or parent-led content.
